Crime Of The Week-Feb. 27th Marathon Gas Station Robbery In St. Joe.

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department crime of the week occured on February 27, 2018 at approximately 10:27 PM in St. Joseph. The St. Joseph City Dept. of Public Safety responded to the Marathon gas station located at 2805 Niles Ave., in reference to a robbery. A white male subject entered the gas station wearing a black ski mask, brown Carhartt band jacket, and black Aero brand sweatpants with white lettering. The suspect was also armed with a black handgun. The suspect demanded US currency from the cashier, then fled the business on foot in an unknown direction.
